Professional English Testing for Recruitment and Promotion

CLS Center prepares and administers English language exams for companies to support both external recruitment and internal promotion processes. Our assessments provide an objective and reliable measure of each candidate’s English proficiency.

Each candidate is evaluated through written tests and speaking assessments. A senior instructor reviews both qualitative and quantitative results to determine the candidate’s language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR, A1–C2).
